As if the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) wasn’t in the news enough for the full body scanners controversy going on in airports everywhere, here’s another story about TSA Agents being unprofessional while patting down travelers, and the victim is now fighting back in court.

If victims of these TSA Nazis start physically defending themselves, will there be any legal justifications? In other words, WHEN someone punches one of these unspeakable bastards in the mouth or groin, will there be sufficient grounds for a self-defense case to win in court?
