[photogallerylink id=34036 align=left]According to CelebrityCafe.com, Richie Sambora has left an undisclosed Los Angeles area rehab facility after being in self-imposed treatment since late April of this year for alcohol addiction and exhaustion .

Sambora missed a full months worth of dates while in treatment.  He decided not to go on the first part of the European leg of the tour which runs through July and get help with his addiction and exhaustion.

However, the rock star is ready to get busy once again.  Sambora is now going to meet up with his bandmates and join them for the European leg of the Bon Jovi World Tour.

TMZ saw Richie at JFK, and our eyes there said he seemed in good spirits after he de-planed and signed autographs for dozens fans.  He was about to board a flight to NewYork en route to the next show date.  He’s scheduled to rejoin Jon and the rest of the guys for their Wednesday show in Croatia.

 The last time Sambora “fell off the wagon” was in 2007 after a breakup with then girlfriend Denise Richards, a divorce from Heather Locklear and the death of his father.
