David & Victoria Beckham joined Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy in that both moms welcomed another child into their respective families this weekend, according to London’s Telegraph.uk.

Victoria gave birth to the couple’s fourth child and their first daughter.  They’ve named the baby girl, Harper Seven.

Mom brought their first daughter into the world in Los Angeles at Caesarean at Cedars-Sinai hospital, making her an American citizen.

David Beckham (who REALLY has his own Facebook page) posted, “I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham.   It was no secret that Victoria was hoping to have a daughter after giving birth to three sons, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 5.

After learning that they would be expecting a baby girl in March, Victoria told People magazine, “Obviously, having three boys, you kind of expect another one, so finding out a little girl is in there is surprising, but, obviously, we are over the moon.”

David continued, “She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister xx “.

One of Victoria’s former Spice Girl bandmates, Mel B, who is expecting her third child later this year, Tweeted her excitement, writing: “congrats!!! Yipeee another spice baby is born, damn it wish it was me this AM cos I feel like I’m about to POP!”

Another former Spicer, Emma Bunton tweeted: “Big kiss to @victoriabeckham can’t wait to meet your gorgeous little girl!”

A spokesperson for the couple said of their three sons reaction to having a baby sister,  ”Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are excited to welcome their new baby sister to the family.”
