According to People.com Kris Humphries doesn’t want a divorce.

He wants an annulment. Humphries filed papers in Los Angeles today to have the marriage annulled on grounds of fraud. Kim tells friends there was no fraud; she loved him, but things fell apart. She filed for divorce, he filed for separation, that means their fate is in the hands of the courts. I vote annulment.
It seems Kris has some supporters. Daniel Craig was less than positive toward the Kardashian clan. Here’s what he said.

“Look at the Kardashians, they’re worth millions. I don’t think they were that badly off to begin with but now look at them.” He continues, “You see that and you think, ‘What, you mean all I have to do is behave like a f***ing idiot on television and then you’ll pay me millions.
