Before adding oil to your pan to fry the fish, use the pan to heat your tortillas by heating them up (on one side, then flip to the other) while the pan is pre-heating. Once all tortillas are warm, hold until service. At this point, heat up oil to cook fish. Another option is to heat the tortillas up on a grill, it all depends on your preference.

In a preheated tortilla, place the cooked fish, a tablespoon of Pico de Gallo, a nice pinch of shredded cabbage, a half tablespoon of sour cream, and a slice of avocado. Next, squeeze in lime for extra flavor, and enjoy! Remember, amounts of garnish (Pico de Gallo, cabbage, sour cream, avocado) can vary according to your taste> Add a little or add a lot!

Do not forget your favorite Mexican beer with lime, and enjoy!
