CBS LA is reporting Lindsay Lohan was found unconscious in her penthouse suite at the Ritz-Carlton in Marina del Rey, California. Paramedics were called to the scene at 10:15 P.S.T and Lindsay was evaluated and not transported to the hospital Los Angeles County Fire Inspector Tony Imbrenda said.

She is currently filming the movie Liz and Dick in Marina del Rey.

Last week she was involved in a car accident when her Porsche rear ended a semi trailer on Pacific Coast Highway. She was on the way to the set of Liz and Dick when the accident occurred.

Police confiscated a water bottle containing alcohol from the trunk of Lohan’s car however she didn’t break the open container law since the bottle was in the trunk. Lohan has been in trouble with the law since her DUI back in 2007.
