KISS fans eagerly awaiting their new album, Monster, can download the first single, “Hell Or Hallelujah,” at iTunes today. The full album will be out in October.
The “Hell Or Hallelujah” download is $1.29. KISS fanatics with a bit more to spend — well, a lot more — might want to be on the lookout for their upcoming book, also called Monster. At three feet tall and two feet wide, it’s probably the largest rock book ever – and one of the biggest books of any kind. The price tag? A mere $4250. It’s a limited edition book — only 1,000 will ever be printed, according to the book’s website (yes, it has its own website).
Each book is individually signed by all four members of the current lineup: Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Eric Singer and Tommy Thayer. You can choose the cover design you want (from eleven different designs). And, as a bonus, shipping is free!
In related news, the KISS/Motley Crue tour kicks off July 20 in Bristow, Virginia. Tickets for those shows range from $30 to well over $300.
