Q: On this date in 1986, Tina Turner received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It was just one part of a huge career comeback for Turner, who struggled as a solo artist for years following her split from husband Ike Turner until the release of her fifth solo album, Private Dancer, in 1984. Dancer produced seven successful singles, including “What’s Love Got To Do With It?”, a song that stayed at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for three weeks and won Turner a Grammy for Record of the Year. How many total Grammy Award NOMINATIONS did Turner and Private Dancer garner at the 1985 Grammy Awards?

Use your cursor to highlight the invisible text below the question to see the answer! Also, be sure to head over to our Club Sun page and enter the answer to today’s question to get your points and get on track to winning great prizes!

A:Six. (It won four.)
