Learn How To Deal With The “Silent Killer”

Stress has been called the “silent killer” because it is an accepted part of our society. Recent studies show that consistent stress can take up to 10 years off of your life. The American Psychological Association says that 75% of adults have admitted to being overwhelmed by moderate to high levels of stress in the past month alone and, if you are suffering from a chronic disease like multiple sclerosis (MS), it can be even more debilitating . MS One to One is a support program that helps MS sufferers deal with the symptoms of MS as well as how to handle stress that can serve as a trigger.
