The Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature fundraising event. In Central Florida, the walk will be held on May 13th at Lake Eola. Arthritis is the number one cause of disability in the United States affecting more than 50 million people which includes 300,000 children. One in three adults and 16,000 kids in Florida are living with arthritis. This year’s child honoree is Layla Jackson who is the daughter of professional basketball player Marv Jackson.
