Great White Sharks Swim With Group Of Surfers

Great white sharks meet surfers

By Crystal Dawn

A sheriff’s helicopter spotted a school of great white sharks swimming right next to a group of surfers. The deputy announced to the surfers that they needed to exit the water as calmly as possible.

The sharks were spotted from Capistrano Beach in Dana Point, south to San Onofre State Beach, in California, where a woman was just bitten by a shark 2 weeks ago. This put the area on shark watch, and for these surfers it may have saved their lives.

They were all able to exit the water without injury.

Think about it, a great white shark can grow up to 2400 pounds! That’s bigger than an elephant, and there wasn’t just one, there were 15 of these great whites just swimming around. No one was hurt, but some of the people decided to change hobbies from surfing to literally anything else not involving sharks.

Ha ha, at least that’s what I would do if it were me.
